Considering I bought this back in April, you can tell I’m a little behind. I wandered up to Whole Foods on a break from working one evening. I figured I’d grab something from their prepared foods section and get on back.
It may only have been $5.99 but the time and energy required to figure out how to make this tasteless sack of calories even remotely appetizing was not worth it. Not even hummus could bring this to life.
It was pretty much the only, if not vegan, vegetarian option in the fresh case at that time of night. I saw words like apricot, ginger, and sherry vinegar in the ingredients. Sure didn’t taste them. While it sounded good in theory, in practice this just didn’t work for me.
