I finally finished my article on Nature’s Path Toaster Pastries. The date on the article is from back in October…when I started it. It was partly because of nutritional research and partly procrastination (more of this than the former) that dragged (or drug) it out for so long. I’ve been eating these things for a few years, but I got the idea to write about them after having given one of the unfrosted ones to my sister. She didn’t care too much for it but she ate it cause she was starving. She was adamant that the frosting on Pop-Tarts really make them for her. I’d been trying to go a little healthier with the unfrosted, but I had to agree with her. It was the frosting minus the gelatin that had initially drawn me to this product to begin with.
