The Veggie Man’s Survey

This survey includes forty-eight questions in total. Note that most required questions are single/multiple choice. While I greatly encourage full completion, I understand that not all will have the time to do so. Scan through the survey before beginning to determine if you’ll have adequate time to complete all required questions. All single and multiple choice answers may be used in future writings. At the end of the survey, you will have the opportunity to grant or deny permission to use short answer responses. Please note, if used, short answer quotes will be handled with sensitivity.
