Chloe Coscarelli is a ball of positive energy. She burst on the scene as the first vegan baker to win Food Network’s Cupcake Wars. Last month she published her first cookbook, Chloe’s Kitchen.

I have a total crush on Chloe; she went to school for Sociology and Dance! After graduating UC Berkeley, Chloe headed to NYC to attend the Natural Gourmet Institute. If you’re in NYC, be sure to check out the school; they offer public classes and Prix fixe Friday night dinners, as well as Chef’s Training.

Chloe’s recipe instructions are really straight forward!

I’m looking the most forward to trying:

  • Tropical Island Kabobs with Cilantro Rice
  • Falafel Sliders with Avocado Hummus
  • Buckeyes (Chocolate coated peanut butter candies)
